Fully mature but extremely enjoyable. Medium brick color with a typical Barolo fragrance (call it tar n' roses, violets/cherries n' earth, the choice is yours but this is unmisteakably Barolo perfume), a medium+ body with fully ripe fruit and mellow tannins, balancing acidity and a long aftertaste. I know this is not a Barolo for the very long term, but at present it's at its best.
