  PnP. Straw metallic greenish-yellow. Spicy ripe fruity aroma much like a Pinot Grigio. Elegant on the palate, some acidity and refreshing bitterness. Drink now - onwards. This is the most serious Muscadet I’ve tried and really interesting in a totally different league.

  Pale yellow color. Remarkable intensity, with a sharp acidity well balanced by delicate fruit (peach ?). Good mouth length

  Decanter recently did a big tasting on this appellation which was effusive with praise. So off I went to buy several cuvees of this top rated producer. All I can say is that I no longer trust Decanter tasters' palates!! All the wines were bland... Even the magazine article stated that the grape variety, Melon de Bourgogne, has no particular characteristics itself and this came out loud and clear! So to come back to my tasting note no that I wasted my money on these wines: bland, bland, bland....
