PNP. Color is full yellow. Rich, ripe nose of orchard fruit, pineapple and spice. Deep palate, slightly heavy with a glycerol laden texture that gets redeemed with a chalky finish.

VinoLaprisco Tasting (Restaurant Fifth, Eindhoven, NL): Modern style. Hand harvested, gentle whole-bunch pressing in a membrane press, thorough clarification of the must, aged for 12 months in 350 litre barrels from François Freres (60% new, 40% d’un vin). Not easy to assess right now. On the one hand it feels like it needs more time, on the other hand the ripe apple fruit and the colour seem quite developed already. It’s rich and rounded for Perrieres. Cautious score.
