Dinner at Vin Rouge with Steve, Barb & Bill. Very pale gold with aromas and flavors of toast and very ripe peaches. Green apple acidity on the finish. Seems to be at peak drinking now. 50+12+12+8+8=90

Bright yellow with a fine bead. Almost creamy mousse on the palate with yellow and green apple notes, nutmeg, a bit of butterscotch, minerals, yellow flowers, and a touch of mint. Fully integrated now, still mostly primary. Delicious. Drink or hold.

Medium body, quite precise. A bit of mint on the palate I didn't notice last time. All the parts seem to have come together. No rough edges. The finish, while long, never quite settles in, remaining quite bright. I think another couple of years in the bottle would be warranted for those who prefer a mature champagne.

Lighter, crisper than the bottles from 2 years ago. Distinct apple note on palate. Borders on tart. This has progressed nicely since I purchased it.
