Slow-ox 1 hour, tasted over 4 hrs -light-med red with rusty brown development -drop dead gorgeous yet delicate aromatics with Gevrey spice, stewed tomato, earthiness -med acidity, lighter weight with some tertiary development with lingering tart cherry, somewhat aggressive tannins -overall excellent, in a nice mature window but not sure if the tannins will ever resolve enough to let it really shine, very Gevrey and very Maume
