YOUNG -- in fact...perfectly balanced...long...yet I found myself wanting more complexity, more intellectual interest on the palate. I was somewhat disappointed that it didn't present more dimension, secondary, etc...Needs another 20-30 years :).

Riesling Tasting (Schloss Roberts): Hard to rate... many would not drink this. Oxidized nose, but if you could get past it, it had a nice palate -- yes, oxidative quality was there, but there was some nice caramel behind it, and it had a lovely, filling, mouthfeel. For $33, well worth it as a thought experiment and to better build experience. My rating is very rough... but why not...

Riesling - First The Rest (of the World), Then The Best (Germany) (Our House (2033 Brandywine St.): I'll be generous and not score this, mostly due to my own inexperience with aged Rieslings. That said, I do not think this is in a particularly good spot right now. Oxidized character. Sherry, caramel. No finish to speak of.
