  Tasted at McCarthy & Schiering. Out of the fridge this is a bit cool, and at first it is very clean with a rainwater element, lemon, and mineral. On the palate the lemon follows along with some slate, and then there is a simple, quenching finish. With time to warm this takes on some toasty and an amazingly silky palate texture.
