From 75cl, decanted, a bottle of impeccable provenance. Gentle cedar scent is the best part; entry thin acidic and frankly geriatric; dusty deadly dry mid-palate not quite deceased yet, but nearly, with all the vivacity of a smelly old tweed jacket the moths have got at; short dry dusty finish. This bottle was in better condition than my previous one (in 2005) but still not much pleasure to be had. In this condition and with this provenance 84P, but caveat emptor: Less than perfect bottles will probably not be going, but more likely long gone!
