  Opened for 10 hours then decanted before drinking & it was still acidic, lovely rich nose with substantial depth & complexity, this still needed 5 more years

  Decanted for an hour. Acidic, with rustic tannins. Was expecting a more elegant finish. Not an optimal drinking time. Either I missed the window or it needs a lot more time. If you do decide to open and see where’s it at I recommend with pasta or truffle cheese to cut it. Overall love Conti but will save opening up these bottles for another few years.

  PnP; light, pleasing and well-balanced with slight amaretto, Asian spice and cherry inferences throughout; no appreciable finish to speak of though.
