Definitely emphasizes the savory characteristics and minerality, the fruit was somewhat restrained, with quince and unripe stonefruit tones, just a little lime zest citrus. Had a distinctive, spicy turpentine note (in a good way), and a somewhat nutty toasted tones. An interesting still wine made from cava grapes, I think it just needed to be consumed fresh while the fruit still has more power. Would look for it again, but would look to drink it a year or two younger.

Still lemony bright and fresh. Lip smackingly refreshing. Great with boiled Maine shrimp.
