This was the last of these bottles that I bought several years ago. Dark color and a slight sparkle, but this has that old Champers verve that I cherish. Caramel and a hint of citrus followed by early morning boulangerie goodness. I certainly did not crack this too soon. And I am very happy that I didn't. 91. thedrunkencyclist.com

Not the greatest pairing for General Tsao's chicken, but I thought it held up well enough. It was after dinner that this bottle started to shine--clearly some age on this NV Brut, which usually highlights the baked bread aspects of a champagne. Solid all the way through with a well above average finish. Outstanding. thedrunkencyclist.com

I bought these back in 2010, and just popped the first one this week. There was a slight hint of age but it was still fabulous. Great yeast and verve, this is a great example why I love champagne. Outstanding. thedrunkencyclist.com

Light yellow colour with tiny bubbles and a rather wild mousse. On the nose there's citrus and minerals. Tight and tough. The palate shows nice length.
Perfect on a warm summer day!

Bon petit champagne, simple, sans grande personnalité, mais bien fait e qui plaira à tous les palais.
