Vinpakke Smakstudio. Lys ravgul. Honning, botrytis, hermetisk tropisk frukt, cocktailbær og sitruskaramell. Denne hadde blitt enda bedre med mer syre.

Yummy. Deep golden color. Nose is grape extract and raw honey. Rich, very sweet with flavor elements of honey, apple and a few wet rocks. There is acidity but I would have liked to see more. This is a blue cheese, fruit or after dinner kind of wine. While I like it a bunch, I am not blown away. (92)

Really attractive warm golden colour. Smoke, subtle kerosene, and a sense of beautiful integration; my last taste of 2005 Auslese, a few months ago, was on the rich and sweet side but this feels mature and ready to enjoy.
