75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc. Surprisingly smooth and complex for a wine that I bought for under 10 Euros in 2004. Medium body, dark berries, herbs and spices. Tasted six times and never disappointed. Drink through 2015.

At $10 a few years ago I wish I had bought more. Very rich red color. Nice bright cherry, currant, tobacco and dried herb. Light to medium body with adequate acidic balance. A bit short on the finish and lacking complexity but for the price it was a winner.

The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. The body is medium. The wine finishes medium.
