  Nice nose of sweet lemon, caramel and lychee. Rich on the palate with good body and nice acidity. Some green apple but takes a back seat to the oak.

  Sort of just gets out of the way, which is a nice thing to say about a California chardonnay. Good minerality, oak in check, good acidity. Floral aspects and some oily lemon stand out. Still fresh, I do not think any improvement is in store, but it has some years to go. Nice, and an excellent qpr.
