The wine is drinking well right now, and should for another year. Two years might be pushing it. Fruit, earthy, tannis have mellowed. Needs to breathe. Decant or pour through an Aerator. A nice wine, worth the few years of waiting.

For an inexpensive Cab, this was quite tasty. Fruit, sweet wood and spice on the nose with dark fruit, cassis, and black pepper flavor. It lacks the depth and finish of a more polished Cab but it's a great, everyday wine.

AVOID THIS WINE. (Unless you like self-inflicted pain)
DAY AFTER: Actually not as bad as the day before, tannins mellowed down, and interesting, vanilla, and rosewood notes on the nose and palate. DECANTING THIS BAD BOY IS A MUST - Second day Score 80 Points
