Still quite good, with juicy grapefruit and gooseberry structured by assertive acidity. On its downhill slope, though: much more attenuated than the last bottle, which itself had less intensity than the couple I drank a couple of years ago, and it's not really a matter of maturation, it just seems to be fading. Must drink - hardly a hardship, as it happens.

A lovely Pouilly-Fume served with a pancetta salad starter. Restrained, feminine nose showing hints of candied pineapple and grapefruit. Rich and complex in the mouth with good acidity and balance. A delicious wine, with potential to develop even more. I'd give it another 3-4 years.

A nice drinking summertime food wine with a good QPR. Well balanced flavors and bouquet of minerals and citrus. I continue to enjoy well made sauv. blancs from the Loire over N.Z. and Aussies which I find to be dominated by citrus flavors.

On it's way out. Slightly flawed with a hint of premox. Soft and flabby.

En accompagnement d'un gravlax, auquel il s'opposait superbement.
Beau vin, tranchant, sur les agrumes, encore très tonique.
