very good, more grapefruit and gun flint than the goosberries and pear described on the bottle. was great with griled shrimp and scallops. I'd buy again.

Lime, canteloupe, grapefruit. I would say this exceeds being tangy or tart, to the point of being sour. Reminds me of those "extreme" candies that use Malic acid. Still very enjoyable and above average for NZSB.
