  • Kinda shocked by the other notes I thought it was incredible.
Found a single bottle in the depths, tasted it blind and thought it was 7-8 years old, probably a Rosella's Vyd. Incredibly bright, vibrant nose of cherries and warm spices.
Nice and fresh on the palate and a minerality kicked in that made me re realize it's Willamette Valley. Delicious. I hope there's another one knocking around

  • Found 1 last bottle in the cellar. I alway found these showed much better with some age. Lighter in color, sort of ruby red, no browning. Nice aromas of strawberry, spice and a little earthiness. The flavors mirrored the nose. Still showing really good acidity into a medium finish. showing a little more compleity than earlier. Drinking really well now.

  • This has been a great wine that has always outperformed my expectations. This bottle was followed over 2 nights. While still perhaps on the young/fresh side of it's apex, I believe this wine has entered into its prime drinking window. There was an excellent sense of balance and harmony to the wine that, while showing distinct new-world fruit traits, reminded me much of a good village level Gevrey. Sad that this was my last bottle.

  • Drinking nicely now. Light pinot. Strawberry is the dominant flavor- hints of spice. Not all that complex but a nice wine with dinner.

  • Similar notes to previous bottle, but with a better integrated finish.
