Characteristic stone fruit notes with some cidery elements peeking through. Medium bodied; mature. Somewhat superficial in its approach and styling. Enjoyable.

Brought from my cellar to accompany really good Thai food at local BYOB. Perfect match to Thai spices and light heat in several dishes. Very pale in color, almost water. Nice nose of lemon, steel and crushed stones. Crisp, balanced, mature palate of crushed rocks, steel and a hint of lemon. No petrol. Finishes sweet with nice acidity when sipped alone, but more subtle when drunk with food. German wines not a big part of my cellar, but very enjoyable from time to time when matched with the right food. Should drink them more often.

Totally forgot having opened one of these already, but this showed essentially the same as I described in my last note except I think I enjoyed it more. It was very sulfury when first uncorked but the stench blew off and the result was bright, crisp, and detailed.

Last bottle and best yet. Chiseled but still vibrant and luscious.
