Lilting citrus nose with tones of pears and carmelized apples. On the palate, rich and full with pineapple, peach, lemon curd, and pear. Finishes with piercing acidity to balance the sweetness. Followed through the night and this paired very well with every type of food. Not quite as powerful as the last bottle but still very enjoyable.
Terrific wine. Quite exotic noise, but beware, this is a very European wine, The citrus fruit is almost sparkling, and balances he sweetness; still very young. There is mineral, restrained side to this wine also, and the taste lingers on and on. Will keep several years, almost an infanticide to drink this today - as I did with Brillat-Savarain and comté, worked out very nice.
Incredibly sweet attack, powdered sugar in a Margarita. Caramelized apple and pear, flowers, pineapple. Mid-bodied, though seems very light. Loads of acid. Long finish of pineapple coated in powdered sugar. Showing much youthfulness and verve. Quite good.
