Profound and powerful. Unusually saline in character--reminds me of fino--yet the nose is full of oatmeal and hazelnuts. My tastes are moving toward younger Chablis, especially for pairing with food, but this is still a great tasting experience. The intensity here is in the 95-100 range; I'm just not in love with the overall flavor profile.

Beautiful wine with diverse character. A rich core of oatmeal and hazelnuts is countered by intense lemon, green apple, and minerals.
