  From a Jeroboam: Oxidative and nutty. Moss and fishtank notes. Golden fruits. Petrichor. Beautiful smoky mushrooms and nuts. V nice. Maybe past its prime, but this opened up with time in the glass.

  Deep golden yellow. Honey-ish texture, tiny bit of oxidation. Just delightful on the palate. Good acidity, some peach and apricot flavors, but all about superb 25 year old balance.

  Needs a good 30 minutes post open to get its stride and develop . Would not suggest decanting but just let it breath a bit.
  Very much a Riesling, light caramel notes, light petrolly, good fruit core. Firm core of polished acidity, elegant and vibrant still, layered and a class act. Gives a feeling at times it has residual sugar but really it's just the evolution of it we think. 93
