Lovely light gold with a copper sheen; soaring nose of honeyed fruit, hint of tropical fruit and spices, lovely depth, minerality and freshness; incredibly moreish, dry but with an almost decadent, satiny texture, ripe fruit, flirting with mildness, long. Now.

Pinots Blanc, Gris and Noir, rounded off with some Riesling, disgorged 15 March 2007. Ripe, rich fruit, rounded, good depth, lovely weight, like a rich but dry Grauburgunder, excellent length.

(Georg Breuer Brut Sekt) Light medium golden yellow color; salty, tart peach, coconut nose; creamy textured, tart peach, tart cherry, mineral palate; medium-plus finish (worked wonderfully well as a pairing with a fish dish with coconut milk and banana blossoms)
