After about an hour of breathing time this thing really gets into gear. There's some bacon fat, root vegetables, sweet earth and leather on the nose. In the mouth you get all sorts of engaging sweet and savoury elements. It is full and silky and tannins have melted away to leave a wine that is spherical and velvety. Delicious.
