  Très intense presque noir, avec disque rubis.
  Premier nez discret, un peu poussiéreux, poivre et épices, alcool.
  L'alcool disparet avec le temps, mais le reste sensiblement le même.
  En bouche, fruits noirs discrets, prunes, raisins secs, un peu austère et légèrement asséchant, longueur moyenne. Correct tout au plus...

  Pourpre imtense, presque noir, avec disque rubis. Jambe lente qui tache le verre. Nez sur le cuire, épices(piment de jamaïque, girofle,?) et vanille. En bouche, fruits discrets, tanins tres présent mais pas trop assechants. Un peu chaud. Apres evolution dans le verre, presence d'ether au nez. En bouche, le fruits rouge commence a avoir une plus grande présence, mais le bois prend toujours le dessus. Peut-etre que le temps pourra l'adoucir un peu et amener un peu plus d'armonie. Pas mon style.
