Very evolved nose of violet, earth and wood. Lean on the palate but pretty notes of red fruit, more violet, earth, spice and old wood. Medium finish with a bit of astringency. This is good but fully mature and should be enjoyed soon.

The wine looks Brick colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Red Currant, Prune, Mushroom, Cedar, and Game. It tastes like Red Currant, Prune, Mushroom, and Oak. This fantastic Pomerol is still at its best!

Sweet and dense rosehip and toffè on the nose. Lean but attractive in the mouth. Tannins are gone, but the structure is held up by nice acidity. Fairly long lasting taste.

Starting to break apart. Pharmaceutical elegance is lost, but after going thru a raisiny state, nice fruit, and complete resolved tannins. soft mature Bordeaux. Easy drinking, and enjoyable. Drank from a Magnum direct from Chateau, so start drinking up as at end of window.
