  Burgundy Wimps October 2021 Berlingots (La Trompette): Lovely mouthfeel - viscous, almost condrieu like. More evolved than its flight-mate - again, while I don't really get chablis, wines like this help...

  Burgundy Wimps Friday 29th October 2021 (La Trompette): Clearly more evolved than the Droin, but showing great for 2005. Had a nose of fresh sea air, lovely texture, and still with a bit of a bitter kick in the finish.

  White burgundy but clearly it does, not quiet urine in colour but close , so close to peak, great taste and linger, thankfully I have more bottles , once again cheap at auction, Chablis is so undervalued especially if you can buy it pre aged.

  Mid Life Crisis Dinner: Steel and chalks typical Chablis with complex palate and acid. Beautifully balance with layers on the palate. Great stuff

  Lovely round silky Chablis, stones and soft touch o' vanilla. As a few comments below -- lacking some salinity/acidity but lovely.
