My only bottle. Showing some oxidation. Cork stain 3/4 up. Deep golden color, pushing tawny. Aromas of petrol, apples and Calvados, sliced almonds, lemon and orange, some herbs, and sourdough bread. Full body, medium (+) acid and finish, light RS, and flavors of stewed apples, lemon, bit of bready/yeasty note. Bit over the hill this bottle. Still interesting though.

A mix of several grape varieties. Although some residual sweetness, it retains lightness/elegance and is nice to sip on its own, but also has enough concentration in flavour to go well with our salmon lasagna. Age has nicely rounded all sharp corners of this wine as well as given the wine time to develop maximum conplexity. I see no reason to store this further.

A bit darker and sweeter than past bottles. Tasted perfectly fresh, just sweeter than what I prefer and remember from previous bottles.

This has become more appealing, more nuanced, more succulent with each bottle I have opened in subsequent years.

Less fruit, more nut. Almond, with a backbone and some length
