Wines Tasted at HDH Auction (Tru - Chicago IL): Apple, pear aromas, same on palate with a bit of lemon and background earth hints on very finish. Great freshness for its age, overall impressive balance and textures.

Raveneau Grand and 1er Crus '83-'91, Ross Bott Tasting (Tom's in Palo Alto, CA): A bit more on the youthful side for sure next to the ‘83s and ‘88s. More lively tropical fruits like pineapple and candied lime. Definite botrytis on it, plump and round.
