Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of light butter notes up front followed by vanilla and yellow pears. Flavors of peach, pear and apricot. Medium acidity, light to medium body. Drink over the short term.

If you do not like California Oaky Chards. Then you need to try this. WOW. What a beautiful white without all the oak. minerally we drank this a few different goat cheeses to start then moved onto the blackened tuna. Lightly seared. Absolutely wonderful HUGE QPR for white burgundy

Interesting. Another sampling of the much touted 2005 vintage. Noticeable lack of fruit on first taste. nicely balanced, mineral component is clearly expressed. I think it needs some cellar time before we re-taste....
