  (Moët & Chandon Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon Rosé) I absolutely love DP in the great vintages such as 1996—it’s refreshingly frilly and lacey, not heavy or somber. The current release is a light pink with amber highlights and aromas of fraise des bois, cherry, white peach, toasted almonds, smoke, and earth.
