This is a very solid entry level bubbly. Theres brioche, yeast and citrus in the profile. Long, moderately complex finish. Tiny pearls. A steal a $14.50 a bottle at Costco.

The Sixth Annual World's Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine (Houston, Texas): Retail $30. 88% Pinot Noir, 12% Chardonnay. Whoa again, another great start to a flight. Holy cow. Yeasty nose and a wonderful palate of fruit, active sparkle, and plenty of tartness, fantastic. Outstanding. 94 Points.

Ripe red and yellow apple, yogurt, pancake batter, sourdough, nougat.
Big round fruit and moderate degree of acid. Solid inexpensive, California sparkling. Serve it cold, will help a bit with the acidity.
