Deg 02/21. Köpt på plats 2021. Doftar friskt, färsk jäst och fruktigt. Smaken av mogna gula äpplen först, sen brioche, sälta och citrus. Lång balanserad finish. En favorit!

A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Disgorged in February 2023. Medium yellow gold. Apple, lemon, dough, biscuit, chalk, and smoke, with high, fresh acidity, and very good length. Pleasant Aspirin-like bitterness on the finish. The mousse is medium-fine and still a little aggressive. Good concentration. Very young, but very promising. Needs another year at least. 90(+)

From 375. Oct. 2021 disgorgement. Really nice bottle, fresh with good balance and breadth on the palate. Probably at the top of what I normally drink in terms of dosage, but carries it well. I checked, and found it's 7 g/l, and that's about what it feels like, but again, well balanced. A great wine to have in halves for an easy apertif.

Disgorged 7/22. In our opinion, not ready. Very acidic, heavy citrus taste. Worked a bit better with air and closer to room temp.
I'd wait longer.
