Nose: Sweet toasted almonds/marzipan, coconut (perhaps?), lychees, mixed spice, rose petal, dried apricot Mouth: wonderful soft palate, not too sweet with a lovely polished finish showing citrus tones. Again lychees and mixed spice with perhaps hints of parma violets. Very enjoyable. Mark reflects price (cheapish)

(WILLM GEWURZTRAMINER CLOS GAENBROENNEL) #2; COLOR-medium golden; NOSE-Mr.. Bubbles, little clove, spicy, dried weeds aspect; TASTE-not sweet, but more residual sugar, heavy fruit component, sweet grape reduction, beautiful cucumber component (very fresh); vibrant watermelon peel, little Petrol on mid-palate, a little unbalanced, can last 10-15 years, will evolve; underlying pear is trying to break through, but is being guarded by the Watermelon Gods; finish is a little short, a little flabby; WS-90; GV-89+

Sweet and a bit flabby. I was hoping this would be drier and more acidic. Still, good with Chinese takeout.

Surprisingly sweet. Has some depth to it. A refreshing summer wine. Well worth the money, a modest amount. Mid-good (82.5).
