Fantastic little wine really, holding up very nicely in the bottle. Dark plums, dark cherries and a slightly sweet smooth medium bodied mouth feel. Finish perhaps a little shorter than would hope, but overall a very enjoyable experience. Will keep for a good few more years yet, no doubt whatsoever.
I love aged vintage Porto. This bottle cost $40. Worth it. Some Portos don't continue to age well after 10 or 15 years. This bottle still has fruit-forward flavour, with the complexity and subtlety that come from a well aged Porto.
