  Decanted. This was reticent at first showing mostly muted fruit flavors and acid that went well with pasta. Over time the fruit started to show up and some secondary characteristics. This had some power and some elegance. It kept getting better, but when the bottle was gone, the meter was stuck on 89.

  We decanted this for three hours. Holy Yum! Smell: Very pretty and floral! Lilacs, damp soul, slight mustyness to it. Absolutely gorgeous nose. As time went on the vegetal bouqet increased to include mushrooms being fried in butter, and nice hints of butterscotch. On the mouth it was quite different but very good! Burnt cedar... tobaco... the kind you smoke out of a pipe!! Nice fruit elements... This guy finishes forever!! Well integrated... nice structure. Final verdict: Super Duper!
