  • #04-90, 9.5% abv. From half-liter. Amber colour. Such a weird wine. Super weird. The nose shows some spiciness, along with some marmalade notes and brown sugar. Sauternes-like, but much lighter on the palate. This is both insanely sweet and insanely acidic. This has a bit of that silly Mueller-Catoir Cronenberg quality about it, but while this has heaps of acid and sugar, it's not quite there in terms of complexity. As far as super sweet wines go, more interesting than good.
