Cork was perfect. Bright color showing only minimal signs of age - I would never have guessed this was a ten+ year old wine. Fresh, vigorous nose of petrol, minerals, lime and lip-smacking green apple. Just the right amount of tart acid balances this delicious dry Riesling out nicely. I just can't get enough of this one... Note to self: buy more dry Riesling.
