  Like @MRSTINKY received as part of the 1st mystery case program from the winery. Also a bit worried about the age but these older Pinots (and Chards) from CVV have changed my perception of their ageability.
  
  This rendition had mainly plum and some cherry on the nose. Palate brought those forward. Tannins were fully resolved and soft with acidity that added some zing. Wish I had another bottle but since I don’t it’s either 2001 or 1995. Thoughts?

  Got the bottle as part of a mystery case from Anderson. Was a little worried that a 2000 Pinot would not hold up but my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. There is bit of funk that needs to blow off but that happens quick. After that it drinks like an old French burgundy. Wish I could get a few more. Fun stuff.
