typical CH nose from cal, drank it blind, creamy, vanilla, creme brulee, fullbodied, not really well balanced, maybe too young, but I think it won't be better, 90-91

Older Californians Surt & Turf Dinner (McKay's, The American Club, Exchange Square, Central, Hong Kong): Completely oxidised, which added to our collective experience that Kistler Chardonnays tend to crash after c15 years - unlike quite a few California Chardonnays (Montelena, Pahlmeyer, Ridge etc.).
