Whole Fish Night with Whites (It's Greek to Me, Mpls): Very small taste. I'm not quite sure about this. There's some sourness, sour apple, and edginess on the palate. Maybe just fading, as it didn't seem oxidized. Usually love Chidaine too.

Very ripe mango and honey nose. Sweeter palate than I expected but with a fantastic underpinning of dissolved limestone that gives this a gulpable edge and dry finish. Not remotely oxidized or even showing much age for that matter.

(François Chidaine Vouvray Le Bouchet) Group's #4 (my #4) – 33 pts.; 2, 1, 0, 0 - light medium golden yellow color; a little oxidized, browning apple, floral nose; ripe, juicy apple, baked apple, baked pear, mineral palate, much better than suggested by the nose; medium-plus finish 92+ pts.
(Francois Chidaine Vouvray "Le Bouchet") This had a captivating nose of apple skin, almonds, mineral, pear and some nuttiness. The palate had lovely fruit, texture and purity but needed around thirty minutes to get there. My girlfriend commented it was bitter in the beginning. The wine definetly was angular to start off with but soon integrated into a lovely little Vouvray with great depth and richness and just a hint of sweetness. Still though it seemed about 80% expressive. So I would hold for 3-5 more years and then this will really be singing.

Very enjoyable Vouvray. Open nose and good freshness. Maybe the vintage effect, but the wine was not fully dry.

Honey is slowly receding. Wool and petrol remains. Oxidized. Good but it used to be great. Let's see how it does day 2.
Fell apart. This seems like it's prematurely old. Maybe heat damage.
