Perfect condition. Just right on time to open it. This wine had perfect balance of acidity, fruit and developed flavors. We had this bottle with a couple of other good but young (2007) white Burgundies and this wine stood out by far. Very different from the experience I had with the 2001 'Criots' - which I had opened weeks before this bottle and it had clearly past its peak.
