NOT PAST its prime at all. Deep gold color, nose is intense honeysuckle and a tropical fruit like passionfruit or ripe guava. Flavors are sweet honeycomb, honey-nectarine, some geranium too. Very viscous, oily but also perfect balance and finish that is smooth, long and keeps going. There is no mineral or flintiness, just the multi-layers of honey and sweet stone fruits. Up there with one of the best whites Ive ever had. Its so balanced and intense flavored that another 2 years will be fine. But enjoy now and until 2024. From other reviews (and my own), there was a dumb stage a few years back but superb now, not just as an experiment of how tolerable a well aged white can be but rather this wine stands on its own as a near-100 pointer white.

We knew this would be past it's prime, but hoped for something interesting left... Sadly this wasn't showing much of anything anymore. Not terrible, just nothing special.

This was a little better than the previous one but still bad. Alcohol dominates the palate. Nose is relatively intriguing featuring melons and flowers, but the palate is hard, alcoholic, and unbalanced. Strike 2. Another TC roussanne down the drain.

What a mess. Waited with this for a few years on someone's recommendation and it was a flat fruitless alchoholic mess. Flawed?
