Our last bottle. Plenty of apple/pear aromas, a little smoke, golden yellow color. Medium weight, creamy apple & pear (maybe some peach) fruit, acid has dissipated, medium length smooth finish. Quite enjoyable with roasted chicken.

Lots of oak. Popcorn. Tropical. Vanilla. ws chard kind of always taste the same to me. They are good but maybe have too much alcohol and popcorn. Maybe these r best drunk in the first five years. This is still drinking well but I wouldn't wait any longer.

A lovely bottle of a well-aged Chardonnay. Golden color in the glass. Pear and white peach on the nose. Creamy mouthfeel and pear with hints of melon on the palate. Light cream taste and the fruit acid has mellowed, but we found it to be a very well-balance Chard.

This bottle was pretty badly oxidized even though it has enjoyed perfect storage since arriving from the mailing list. Drink up...
