  Opaque burgundy, just beginning to fade on the rim. Fragrant nose that dissipated rather quickly. Black fruits, oak, graphite. Smooth with medium to full body with medium length finish. This is second to the last bottle of a case purchased upon release. This wine needed time. Very closed and tight in the early years. Since ~2016, it has opened up nicely.

  Popped and poured. Hue dark burgundy. Nose was fruity, spicy, oaky. Medium bodied, soft, smooth, easy to drink without food, oak infused dark fruit, medium finish. Would have complimented food. We disagree with community ratings. Nice wine.
