  This is really special wine, made in a relatively modern style. Quite big and satisfyingly rich without being too much in any way. The first thing to hit you is the depth and complexity of the wine - certainly multi-layered. It has a strong backbone of tannin and acidity to give a fresh attack. Certainly ready to drink though will go for years I suspect. Oak well integrated.
