Aroma of this wine was more enticing than the palate - very rich honey for days. Palate was somewhat thick although tasted watered down at the same time. Very one dimensional and yet this is fermented honey after all and was a curious venture into something I have never tried before. I will not be trying it again, but an interesting foray nonetheless.

Rich gold in colour, this mead showed aroma of tropical fruit - especially peach - and molasses. The palate was deep and syrupy. Honey, obviously, along with a little clove and cinnamon. Nice.
