金色的酒液和若有似无的气泡，昭示酒已经进入了完全成熟期。香气同样以成熟浓苹果和酵母、奶油等衍生香气为主，还有淡淡的菌菇气息，果味和复杂度略有不足，但在口中有很好的集中度，浓郁持久。

Initially oxidized aromas, but with some air it disappears. On the palate, a mature, developed Champagne; yeast, brioche, mushroom. Balanced, complex, good intensity, with a long finish. Still within drinking window.

Gareth's Magnum Dinner, part 1 (Noize): Magnum. Really enjoyable start to the evening: gentle, lifted, a nice tang to the finish. Scarcely any bubbles left but I didn't mind that. Maybe a tad too sweet, and not the most complex, but very happy to get multiple top-ups.
