Deep gold color, noticeably viscous. Nose flowers, nut shells, brûlée and fusel oil. Mouthfeel is round and sugary, but still lively with acids. A bit of age in taste that shows as musty senses in the diesel profile, but honestly pretty amazing condition for the age. A bit thinner in finish than I prefer, but still tasty. Wonderful treat. Coravin directly from sealed bottle, The Kitchen, Denver.

I really wish I had another bottle of this. Lots of power and weight. Diesel, mineral, dandelion, unripe white peach, paired extremely well with some cedar plank arctic char
