Jammy berry nose with plenty of strawberry and raspberry on the palate. Very light bodied, with a style of acidity that almost tastes like carbonation, making it a bit like a berry cola. Becomes a little more sophisticated on the finish with earthy, gentle spicy notes. Simple and easy-drinking, this is a great example of Beaujolais.

Deep purple color. Strong aroma of black currant and some other fruit. Very easy to drink. My wife liked it very much. This wine confirmed again that gamay is not my favorite varietal and I'll not buy such wines in future. Something opposite to aristocratic. Plebeian?

Nicely mature and perfect to drink right now. Nice berries, earth, underwood, long finish.
